  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Summary Tab

The Summary tab displays all of the competencies and goals in the appraisal, and all ratings to date.

Managers and administrators can see all of the ratings from all appraisers. Depending on your organization’s settings, employees may be able to see all ratings, too. Depending on settings, Scoring comments may also be visible. If Scores are not visible (Employee View Other Appraiser Line Scores disabled), comments can be made visible via the Summary Tab All Comments System detting.

The bottom section displays the Overall Rating, which is calculated based on the scores entered by the raters for all competencies, skills and goals in the appraisal.

Action

The button on the Summary tab performs the following function.

Action Description
Print Appraisal Click this button to open the Print Appraisal screen, which lets you select the sections that you want to include in the printed appraisal.
